Reasons...

Chalk yesterday up as just another reminder that things happen for a reason.

The Plan: I was to awaken at 8:00AM. I was then to walk Mojo and make sure he did his bathroomly duties in the out-of-doors. That completed, I was to take him inside, feed him and prepare myself to leave for Seattle at 8:30AM, where I would possibly meet up with solcita for lunch before heading over to inaurolillium's house to pick up the Magick doggie.

Seemed to be a reasonable enough plan.

Actuality: I did indeed awaken at 8:00AM. I took Mojo for his walk and he did do his bathroomly duties as per the plan. But this is where the plan deviated. I had made no plan to roll my left ankle under taking Mojo back to the apartment from the walk. Being in a small amount of pain, I woke copperwise and asked her to join me on my trip. Which took a little extra time, so I knew I was going to have to cancel my lunch with solcita. So, we get ourselves around and ready to leave by 9:45AM. On our way out the door, we find my neighbor has been locked out of her apartment by her two-year-old. copperwise and I assisted in getting our neighbor back into her apartment before embarking on our journey northward. But the point here is that we'd never have known what was going on, nor been available to help had I not twisted my ankle.

I just wish things like this weren't so painful...
